You might have noticed today that several of your favorite websites have been voluntarily censored to have you take note of the possible consequences of the “Stop Online Piracy Act” or the “Protect IP Act.” I basically didn’t have it together enough to participate in the blackout, but I’d like to make it clear that I am 100% against both of these. As an IP owner myself, I’m all for protecting creative work, but this legislation would be like burning down a building to get rid of its roaches. I’ve contacted my senators and plead my case, and I would ask you to do the same. Don’t change your twitter icon. Don’t like it on Facebook.┬áThe people answering the phones are very nice.

Of course if you have no idea what I’m talking about, you should probably find out before you go calling up the president like a raving vagrant that nobody believes is a time traveler.
